Dress.net will not accept returns on any items. *Items can be exchanged for a different size or color, but we cannot guarantee that the item will be available. Items cannot be exchanged after the wear date given by the customer during the checkout process.

*Dress.net will not take returns or exchanges on dresses over $1,000 because they are custom made for each order.

If you find fault in the workmanship of the item purchased, you must contact us within 72 hours via email at info@dress.net from the time of delivery to your address. Items that arrive damaged can only be exchanged for the same style. Under no circumstances will dress.net take a return on a damaged dress.
